Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

PAYMENT

  • A 50% deposit, along with your signed contract secures your date.

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

  • Refund of all payments – Cancellation 90 days or more from event date.

  • Refund of balance and 50% of deposit – Cancellation 89-31 days from event date.

  • Refund of balance but loss of deposit – Cancellation 30 days or less from the event date.

POSTPONEMENT OF EVENT

If your event is postponed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to accommodate your rescheduled event (dependent upon availability).

Note: To our customers who have already booked us and to those who are thinking of booking us, in these uncertain times we want to give you one less thing to worry about. If your event is postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic and we cannot reschedule, we will refund 100% of your paid booking fee.
